Posted September 07, 2018 17:14:03 A man who was accidentally bitten by a cat in Australia’s south-west was able the next day to return to his Brisbane home.
The man, who did not want to be identified, was visiting the family home on Sunday when he came across the cat.
The cat was in the garage of the home and when the man went back inside, the cat began biting him.
“It was quite obvious the cat was going to bite me,” the man said.
I was scared, I was afraid it was going. “
At first I thought it was a toy and it’s quite big and it was quite scary.
I was scared, I was afraid it was going.
It was a bit scary and I was thinking, ‘I don’t want to get bit.'”
When the cat went back out of the garage, the man tried to flee but was caught by the cat and the animal was left behind.
“The cat came up to me and it bit me again and I thought, ‘What the hell am I doing here?'”
The man said the cat “did not attack him” and the pet was able return to the home within minutes.
“When it came back in the afternoon, it was sitting on the sofa,” he said.
The owner of the cat is unsure if the cat will be euthanased.
